About the Project
The renovation and expansion of the Dwight Community Centre and Library transforms the facility into an enhanced Community Hub, offering improved services and amenities for our residents and visitors. This project officially began in 2023 with a community survey that gathered input from over 170 community members about the area's needs and priorities for this space.

This project includes a 3,000 square foot expansion, creating additional community activity areas and increasing overall occupancy capacity. Check out some of the exciting additions and improvements to the new space:

- Modernization and upgrade of the kitchen to commercial standards.
- Technology centre to support small business, students and those who work from home.
- Memory lab, maker space and enhanced library services for the community.
- Additional roof support to increase the longevity of the existing library roof.
